Zy Series Hot Oil Pump

Brief introduction:

ZY oil pump is a brand new product which is based on the technologies of Y oil pump,it is a updated product of Y series oil pump,which can satisfy the energy saving requirements for customers. ZY(P) oil pump is a derivative product of ZY series,it is added the axial suction structure to adapt system arrangement of petrochemical industry.

Parameters:

1. Flow rate:Q= 2.5~600m³/h
2. Total head:H=30~330 m
3. Speed:n=2950rpm
4. Temperature:T=--45~420ºC 
5. Efficiency:η=82%
6. Pump diameter:50~250mm

Features:

1. Conforms to GB3215-92 general technical conditions of chemical and petrochemical process pump in refineries.
2. High efficiency hydraulic model for wetted parts increases the pump efficiency by 5~8% compared to Y series oil pump.
3. Enlarged bearings improves the reliability of pump.
4. High universalization and interchangeability reduces the cost of spare parts.
5. Air cooled,fan cooled and water cooled of bearings are optional for different fluid temperatures.

3. Both single stage and double stage structure are available
4. The updated ZY and ZY(P) oil pump share the same structure and dimension which enable customers to replace the existing pumps with few changes at site.
