Remote condensers
Heat Exchange Finned Coils
All finned coils of remote condensers are produced with copper pipes and aluminium fins with high efficiency pyramidal corrugation. The frame of finned coils is made of galvanized steel with thickness suitable for the weight of the heat exchanger. All pipes are expanded on aluminum counter-endplates to avoid any contact between copper pipes and steel frame, thus preventing pipe damage. Endplate holes corresponding to header nipples are larger to avoid vibrations and dilatations that could damage the pipes.
External Frame Carenatura
Condensers are constructed with a galvanized steel frame, epoxy painted RAL9016. Fan cowls are high type to achieve maximum performance and minimum noise.
Fan Motors
All standard fans operate at 400V - 3F - 50Hz. On request, fans with 60 Hz are available for all diameters. Fans have external rotors, IP54 protection, and very high efficiency. Motors and fans are statically and dynamically balanced.
Declared Capacities
The declared capacities are calculated and tested in our test lab according to ENV327. Ambient temperature is +25°C, condensation temperature is +40°C, and refrigerant used is R404a.
Test
All coils are tested with dry air and properly degreased. Standard design pressure is 30 bar, with an option for 45 bar for all models.

Hot-dip galvanizing deposits a thick, robust layer of zinc iron alloys on the surface of a steel item.
