The connection between the case and the cover is a non-screw connection, and the cover of the pressure gauge is smooth, and its annular shape makes it difficult for ordinary tools to fix it and easily open it. The spring tube, hairspring, gear, and movement of the internal structure of the pressure gauge are all particularly delicate, and easily deformed and damaged when subjected to improper external force.
Second, the use of early decapper The opening of the pressure gauge in the early factory is to use the method of direct screwing or tapping. For those with weaker wrists or with slight deformation of the pressure gauge housing and serious contamination of the housing surface, unscrew the pressure gauge cover by hand is undoubtedly a test, and the percussion method is even more strenuous and the percussion force is too small. Less than the effect of opening the lid, if the percussion force is greater, it will damage the internal small parts of the pressure gauge, resulting in the pressure gauge being scrapped. Even worse, it will cause unpredictable damage to one's hand, and ultimately will not be worth the candle. In the factory, the most used pressure gauge is Y-100 stainless steel pressure gauge with a cover diameter of 100m. Other types of pressure gauges are relatively small in factories, such as pressure gauges that come with the equipment. In the process of general pressure gauge inspection, the time for opening the lid is often longer than the time for inspection. Third, the new design and use of opener In order to overcome the pressure gauge in the calibration when the cover open difficult or unable to open the current situation, improve work efficiency, save time and manpower, this paper designed a new type of industrial pressure gauge open cover The opener structure is mainly composed of a link mechanism (1), a cover opener body (2), a handle (3) and a rubber sleeve (4). The opener body is divided into left and right parts and is symmetrical to each other, and is connected by a connecting rod mechanism. The handle is fixed on the opener body. The material of the pressure gauge opener connecting rod mechanism is 316 stainless steel, and the connecting rod mechanism and the body The connection is riveted. The contact surface of the pressure gauge opening cover body and the pressure gauge cover is knurled to increase the friction and prevent the contact surface between the pressure gauge body and the pressure gauge cover from slipping. The material of the handle is 316 hollow stainless steel tube.
