1 , basic parameters
1 , measured media
A variety of measurable media, specifically liquids, gases, steam, etc., when measuring steam, the vortex flowmeter is also commonly referred to as a steam flowmeter , but in fact they are the same product;
2, measurement accuracy
The vortex flowmeter produced by Shanghai Tantalum Instrument Factory has different accuracy grades when measuring different media. The liquid can reach 1.0 grade, and the gas and steam can reach 1.5 grades, which can meet the needs of most users, such as measurement. High-precision steam is required, and a temperature-compensated vortex flowmeter can be selected;
3. Measuring the temperature of the medium
The normal medium temperature is -40~250 °C ; the high temperature medium temperature can reach -40~350 °C (this temperature needs to be customized);

The normal range pressure is 0~1.6Mpa ; the pressure level is more than 2.5Mpa , which can be customized according to user requirements;
5, the output signal:
Optional two-wire 4~20mA standard current signal and three-wire pulse signal;

2. The instrument has anti-seismic alarm function. Under normal conditions, the LED indicator of the amplifying board will be on, and the pulse signal will be output. If the LED indicator will be off under abnormal conditions, the output pulse signal will be prohibited at this time;

4, can directly convert the pulse signal into a digital signal, the reading is intuitive, you can directly see the specific flow conditions;
5, has a wide flow range, specifically 1:10 ~ 1:20 ;
6. When the medium flow rate is within a certain range of Reynolds coefficient, the output signal of the meter is not affected by the physical properties of the medium, but only related to the shape size of the vortex sound body without flow (this need no user to worry, the whirl sound body Technology is now very mature, without worrying too much about size issues)
