Application: Applicable to all kinds of nylon sheath, low smoke zero halogen cables extruded.
 
Screw Barrel: the latest Japanese design, and according to deferent requirements of the extrusion process. The Ad Hoc strengthen structures to apply to various types of halogen extrusion.
 
Head: halogen or special head.
Heating and cooling system: with special design of screw and barrel, the machine is equipped with a unique heating and cooling systems to meet the deferent compound of precision extrusion requirements.
 
Auxiliary machines: the machine according to deferent process requirements, feasible with appropriate auxiliary equipment(30,35,40, etc), immediately after replacement of the screw head and the production of nylon jacket line, and for single injection Article, two bars and double-layer co-extrusion, etc. Note the deferent process requirements.
 
Quality control: anti-meat dish with a diameter of detection devices, control products, diameter, concentricity and other parameters, to avoid the error of damask diameter and insulation thickness, resulting in production costs.
 
Electronic Control: goods into the drive, PLC touch screen control.

A double-walled pipe is a secondary contained piping system. It is a pipe within a pipe, or encased in an outer covering, with an annulus (interstitial space) between the two diameters. The inner pipe is the primary or carrier pipe and the outer pipe is called the secondary or containment pipe. The great majority of double-walled piping applications involve wastewater, groundwater, and process safety.

It is used in Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger, Effective resistance to the wear and tear of pipe fittings during transportation of sediment and other material.

A. General

B. Construction and procedure

The construction is to be built according to the drawing with rules of good workmanship.

All materials proposed will be selected to comply with the latest Health and Safety Rules.

Paint systems for hull protection will be of the highest quality (Hempel, Inter, Sigma, Jotun)

D. Welding

All welding will be performed in accordance with drawing and order and UniSite experience and all welding will be continuous and full penetration.

E. Workmanship

The workmanship have good marine practice. Care are taken to ensure fair lines, smooth surfaces and neat welding.
