Cold Water Tank

In a brew cycle, brewmaster need enough cold water to cool down the temperature of wort before adding yeast and pump into fermenters. The faster cooling down wort, the better. This is important in brewing for getting good quality beer.

The cold water tank usually connected to chiller one end and heat exchanger at another end.

Cold water tank is made of stainless steel, double wall, insulated with PU. Equipped with necessary pipe, valves, and thermometer.
