6. Instruments directly installed on the process pipeline should be installed before the pressure test after the process pipeline is purged. When it must be installed together with the process pipeline, the instrument should be removed when the process pipeline is purged. The arrow on the instrument housing should point in the same direction as the measured medium. When the instrument is connected with the process pipe, the axis of the Flange on the instrument should be consistent with the axis of the process pipe, and the force should be uniform when it is fixed.
7. The instrument installed directly on the process equipment or pipeline shall be installed and shall be pressure tested along with the process system.
8. The introduction port of the junction box on the instrument and electrical equipment should not face upwards to prevent oil, water and dust from entering the box. When it is unavoidable, sealing measures should be taken.
9. The characters and terminal numbers on the signs and electrical equipment signs should be written correctly and clearly.
Instruments and electrical equipment for receiving money should meet the following requirements:
1, the line should be calibrated before the wiring and marking.
2. The core should not be damaged when the insulation layer is stripped.
3, multi-strand core end should be hot tin or use lugs. When using the lug, the connection between the electric wire and the lug should be crimped or welded, and the joint should be even and firm with good conductivity.
4, non-corrosive flux should be used when soldering.
5, the cable (line) and Rui Zi's connection should be fixed firmly, and leave an appropriate margin.
6, the wiring should be correct, the arrangement should be neat and beautiful.
7. When the instrument and electrical equipment are vulnerable to vibration, spring washers should be added to the terminals.
8, line compensation resistor should be installed firmly, easy assembly and disassembly, its resistance tolerance is ± 0.1 ohms.
Third, the installation of temperature instruments require temperature measurement elements installed in the process pipeline of dust, should take measures to prevent the wear and tear.
The thermocouple or RTD should be installed in places where it is vulnerable to the impact of the measured medium, and when the horizontal insertion depth is greater than 1 meter or the measured temperature is greater than 700°C, anti-bending measures should be taken.
The temperature surface of the surface thermometer should be in close contact with the surface to be measured and it should be firmly fixed.
The temperature envelope of the pressure thermometer must all be immersed in the medium to be measured. The capillary tube should be laid with protective measures. The bending radius should not be less than 50 mm. When the surrounding temperature changes violently, heat insulation measures should be taken.
Fourth, pressure gauge installation requirements
1. Measure the installation height of the low-pressure gauge or transmitter, which should be consistent with the height of the pressure-taking point. Pressure gauges installed in place should not be fixed on process equipment or piping with high vibration.
2. When the pressure gauge for measuring high pressure is installed near the operation position, it should be more than 1.8 meters above the ground, or add a protective cover on the front of the instrument.
Fifth, flow meter
1. The orifice plates and nozzles shall be installed in accordance with the following provisions:
Before the installation of the orifice plate or nozzle, visual inspection shall be carried out. The inlet of the orifice plate and the outlet edge of the nozzle shall be free of burrs and rounded corners, and shall be rechecked in accordance with the provisions of the current national standard "Design, installation and use of flow metering throttling devices". Processing size;
Do not damage the throttle when cleaning before installation;
The sharp edge of the orifice or the curved side of the nozzle should face the flow of the measured medium;
For orifices or nozzles installed on horizontal and inclined process piping, if there is a drain hole, the position of the drain hole should be directly above the process piping for the liquid medium, and the gas and steam medium should be directly below the process piping;
The concentricity and verticality of orifice plates or nozzles and process piping shall comply with the specifications;
The side of the annulus with the “+” sign should be on the upstream side of the measured medium flow direction, when the flow direction is marked with an arrow,
The direction of the arrow should be consistent with the flow of the measured medium;
The inner diameter of the gasket should not be less than the inner diameter of the process piping.
2. The connection between positive pressure chamber and negative pressure chamber and measurement pipeline must be correct for differential pressure transmitter or differential pressure transmitter.
3. The installation of the rotameter should be vertical. The length of the straight section on the upstream side should not be less than 5 times the inner diameter of the process pipe. The process piping before and after it should be fixed firmly.
4. The center of the target flowmeter target should be on the axis of the process piping.
5. The distance between the preamplifier and the transmitter of the turbine flowmeter should not be greater than 3 meters.
6. The installation of electromagnetic flowmeters should meet the following requirements.
The flowmeter, the measured medium and the process pipeline should be connected to equal potential and should be grounded;
When installed on a vertical process pipe, the flow direction of the measured medium should be from bottom to top. When installed on horizontal and inclined process pipes, the two measurement electrodes should not be directly above or below the process pipe.
When the caliber is greater than 300 mm, there should be a special bracket support;
When there are strong magnetic fields around, anti-interference measures should be taken.
7. The dial surface of the oval gear flowmeter should be in the vertical plane.
Sixth, level instrument
1. The float level gauge should be installed so that the float is vertical. Its installation height is directly set to 1/2 of the full range of the instrument as normal liquid level.
2. When measuring the liquid level with a differential pressure transmitter or a differential transmitter, the installation height of the meter should not be higher than the lower pressure extraction port. Note: When using the double flanged differential pressure transmitter, air blowing method and low boiling point liquid vaporization pressure transmission method to measure the liquid level, it is not limited by this regulation.
3. The laying of double flanged differential pressure transmitter capillary shall comply with the specifications.
4. The installation of radioactive isotope level meters should meet the following requirements:
Before the installation, a construction plan shall be formulated and strictly implemented;
The safety protection measures during installation must comply with the provisions of the current national standard "Radiation Protection Regulations";
There should be a clear warning sign at the instrument installation site.
5, the installation of load sensors should meet the following requirements:
The installation of the sensor should be vertical, and the force of each sensor should be uniform;
There should be buffering measures when there is an impact load.
Seven, analysis instruments
1. The pretreatment unit should be installed separately and close to the conveyor.
2. The discharge pipe of the sample to be analyzed shall be directly connected with the discharge main pipe, and the main pipe shall be led to an outdoor safe place, and the liquid collecting place shall have a liquid discharging device.
Eight, regulating valve, actuator and solenoid valve
1. The arrow on the valve body should point in the same direction as the medium flow. Note: When there are special requirements, it may not be limited by this provision.
2. When installing small-diameter control valve with screw connection, it must be equipped with removable movable connection. The actuator should be firmly fixed and the operating handwheel should be in a convenient position.
3. The mechanical transmission of the actuator should be flexible without any looseness or jamming.
4. The length of the connecting rod of the actuator should be able to be adjusted, and it should be ensured that the adjusting mechanism is flexible and stable in the range from full opening to full closing.
5. When the adjustment mechanism can produce thermal displacement along with the process pipeline, the installation method of the actuator should ensure that the relative position of the actuator and the adjustment mechanism remain unchanged.
6. The signal tube of pneumatic and hydraulic actuators should have sufficient expansion and contraction margins, and should not hinder the action of the actuator.
7. The installation position of the hydraulic actuator should be lower than the regulator. When it must be higher than the regulator, the maximum height difference between the two should not exceed 10 meters, and there should be an exhaust valve at the gas gathering point of the pipeline, and there should be a Check Valve or an automatic cut-off net near the regulator.
8. Before installing the solenoid valve, check the insulation resistance between the coil and the valve body according to the provisions of the installation instructions.
