Belt feeder

The belt feeder is a belt conveyor that is subjected to high pressure and short length, and is also a relatively economical feeding device. There are three types of installation, as shown in Figure 1: a type is suitable for powder, the belt has a large pressure; b type is suitable for general materials, and a regulating gate valve can be set between the bucket and the feeder; c type It is suitable for non-adhesive medium-sized materials. The gate valve is generally installed between the bucket and the feeder. The feeder has no pressure on the surface of the mine.

The belt feeder has a belt speed of generally less than 0.3 m/s. If there is no gate valve on the feeder to control the discharge volume of the mine bin, the belt speed of the feeder can be increased to 1 m/s. When the material size exceeds 350 mm, it is best not to use a belt feeder.
The belt feeder has no series of products and is generally designed by the user. Its structure is shown in Figure 2.
