**Machined Nylon Polyamide Gear Rack with Pinion**
Mc nylon, also known as monomer casting nylon, is a high-performance engineering plastic widely used across various industries. It is produced by melting caprolactam monomers and adding catalysts, then pouring the mixture into molds under atmospheric pressure to create castings such as rods, plates, and tubes. The molecular weight of Mc nylon can reach up to 70,000–100,000 g/mol, which is three times higher than that of PA6 and PA66. This results in superior mechanical properties compared to other nylon materials.
Since the late 1980s, Guangzhou Engineering Plastics Industry Company has focused on developing modified Mc nylon technology, expanding its applications in multiple fields. By incorporating additives like lubricants, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, glass fiber, and carbon fiber during the reaction process, the material's wear resistance, corrosion resistance, self-lubrication, vibration absorption, and noise reduction capabilities are significantly enhanced. Due to its simple molding process and cost-effectiveness, it has become an ideal alternative to metals like bronze, stainless steel, babbitt alloy, and
PTFE.
**Oil Nylon (Green)**
Developed in the late 1980s by Guangzhou Engineering Plastics Industry Company using advanced technology from Nylacast Co., Ltd. in the UK, Oil Nylon is the first true lubricated nylon. It features a built-in lubricant system that reduces the coefficient of friction by 50% compared to standard PA6 or PA66. Its wear resistance is ten times greater than conventional nylon. Ideal for non-self-lubricating, heavy-load, low-speed applications, Oil Nylon significantly extends bearing life—up to five times longer than PA6 and 25 times more than phosphor bronze. The lubricant remains evenly distributed within the material and does not dry out, ensuring consistent performance throughout the product’s lifespan.
