The high-pressure cleaning suction truck divides the high-pressure cleaning vehicle body into two parts, half of which is used for cleaning the sewer dredging, and half is used for pumping the cleaned sludge and sewage.
The high-pressure cleaning suction truck is multi-purpose, saving the user a large amount of unnecessary expenses. The product adopts high-quality and high-efficiency high-pressure water pump (imported pump), with high water pressure, reliable performance, long service life, good water saving and good cleaning effect. The high-pressure nozzle of the dredging truck has no scattering, small pressure loss, no corrosion of the nozzle, long service life, full use of the kinetic energy of the high-pressure water flow, and high-pressure and low-flow cleaning.
High-pressure cleaning vehicles, also known as plumbing trucks, break through the blocked pipelines by the powerful pressure generated by the high-pressure water flow. The high-pressure cleaning vehicle is mainly used for cleaning urban sewers, pipeline sediments, dredging of dead corner mud trenches, and also for cleaning industrial drain pipes, walls, etc., cleaning roads and square floors.
Components: The cleaning vehicle is mainly composed of a car chassis (National Joint Protection), a water tank, a waterway system, a hydraulic system, a hose reel, a flushing pipe, and a high-pressure nozzle.
Waterway system: including water tank, high pressure water pump (Italian imported pump), inlet pipe, drain shutoff valve, water filter, water level gauge, water inlet shutoff valve, water pressure gauge, pressure gauge switch, high pressure nozzle, high pressure three-way valve ,reel.
Hydraulic system: including oil level gauge, fuel tank, filter, gate valve, oil pump, relief valve, throttle valve, oil pressure gauge, check valve, oil motor, reversing valve, check valve, switch.
Optional: High-pressure cleaning and sewage trucks can also be equipped with sprinklers, green sprinklers, front and rear sprinklers, side sprays, green sprinklers, sprays, dust, high-pressure flushing, etc., which can be used for fire fighting in case of emergency.
