In 2012, the total scale of financial support funds was expanded from 12.87 billion yuan to 14.17 billion yuan, and will increase year after year. The "Opinions" emphasizes that the central budget will invest in expanding the scale of funds used for the technological advancement of SMEs, encourage qualified small and micro enterprises to establish R&D institutions, and develop strategic emerging industries.
