The results of the chlorophyll analyzer test indicated that the chlorophyll value of tall bamboo leaves showed a tendency of height as the age of bamboo increased, and the chlorophyll content of the leaves of the 2 and 3 years was significantly higher than that of the 1 year old bamboo; The leaf chlorophyll value of the 2-year-old and the 3-year-old seedlings in uphill and mid-slope positions had a significant effect on the chlorophyll value, but the effect on the 1-year-old standing bamboo and the downhill standing bamboo was not obvious, and the chlorophyll value of the leaves decreased as the slope increased. With the increase of slope, the chlorophyll value of the leaves showed a downward trend. The slope had no obvious effect on the chlorophyll value of the 1-year-old leaves. The influence of the chlorophyll value on the chlorophyll value of the 2-year-old stalks increased. Significantly; the chlorophyll value of the leaves on the slopes of Yangpo is higher than that of the shady slopes, and the slope direction obviously affects the chlorophyll value of the 1-year-old leaves, but the chlorophyll values ​​of the leaves of the 2-year-old plants have a significant effect on the whole. Therefore, it can be concluded that the slope direction, slope, and slope position mainly affect the chlorophyll value of the 2-year-old bamboo, so it is necessary to select the slope section of the sunny slope or the steep slope of the sunny slope for efficient cultivation of high-knotted bamboo.
