The QTD315 boom tower crane is a new plow tower designed by the Jiangmin Civil Engineering Institute in 2008. It is a new type of boom tower crane newly developed by Jingyin Institute after the QTD480 boom tower crane. The design of the QTD315 was further improved on the basis of absorbing the original QTD480 design. The safety protection device for the boom mechanism used the caliper disc brake with higher safety for the first time.
