According to the relevant regulations, Weichai Power's holding subsidiaries Shaanxi Heavy Vehicle Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Hande Axle Co., Ltd., Baoji Fast Gear Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Fast Gear Co., Ltd., and Xi'an Fast Motors Co., Ltd. The company was identified as the first batch of high-tech enterprises in 2008 through local preliminary examination, expert review and other procedures, and was respectively awarded the “High-tech Enterprise Certificateâ€. The date of issuance of the aforementioned certificates is November 21, 2008 and the validity period of the certificate is 3 years.
According to the relevant regulations, after the above-mentioned companies have obtained qualifications for high-tech enterprises, they have been enjoying relevant state preferential policies on high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years since 2008. Income tax is levied at a rate of 15%.
