On April 26th, the largest optical film industry in China, with a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan, Kangde Newly Produced 200 million square meters of optical film industry cluster project laid a foundation in Zhangjiagang. Kangde New 200 million square meter optical film industry cluster project, including an annual output of 200 million square meters of optical film, an annual output of 6,000 tons of UV resin, 10,000 tons of optical protective film and 50,000 tons of optical PET. The project is planned to be put into operation in the second quarter of 2013.
