He has compiled "Technical Specifications for Green Tires in Shandong Province" and "Clean Industry Standard for Tire Industry in Shandong Province". For newly-built or rebuilt tire projects, the industry association issues audit opinions in accordance with the above specifications and standards.
At the same time, the "plan" said that based on the national tire industry policy, Shandong Province to develop entry conditions for the tire industry, study and formulate exit compensation measures to eliminate backward production capacity, to complete the elimination of production capacity of enterprises to provide appropriate funding or policy compensation.
In addition, we must strengthen the construction of operational monitoring platforms. In 2015, Shandong Tire Industry Operation Monitoring Platform was built. The industry association is responsible for daily statistics and operational monitoring, and regularly tracks the industry's production scale, start-up load, market demand, new expansion capacity, supply and demand status, and publishes it to relevant departments or enterprises.
The "Program" mentioned that through the implementation of the brand strategy, it is hoped that by the end of 2017, at least one company in the industry will have reached the top 10 in the world's tires, and strive to have two tire companies reach the top 10 in the world by the end of 2020. .
