With the continuous advancement of rectification technology, chlor-alkali enterprises have made significant progress in the past two years. New equipment and innovative technologies have been introduced regularly, leading to a steady improvement in technical standards. In line with the tradition of the Chlor-Alkali Rectification Advisory Group meeting every two years, the China Chlor-Alkali Industry Association has decided to organize a seminar on chlor-alkali rectification technology in September 2006. The specific time and location will be announced separately. To ensure that participants are well-prepared, the following details are hereby provided:
I. Meeting Content
1. Review of the development of chlor-alkali rectification technology over the past two years, including the status of technological upgrades, application of new technologies and equipment, operational experiences, and existing challenges.
2. Exchange of technical papers and related information.
3. Technical consultations and answers to complex questions.
4. Introduction of newly launched chlor-alkali (electrolytic) rectifiers.
5. Selection and awards for outstanding papers.
6. Meeting of the rectification expert group.
7. Visits to rectification facilities.
II. Paper Submission and Discussion
All submitted papers will be thoroughly discussed during the conference. The proceedings titled "2006 Symposium on Chlor-Alkali Rectification Technology" will be published. Experts from the advisory group are encouraged to submit at least one paper on their chosen topic.
