降低轴承系数保证压缩机长期工作的可靠性

  目前曲线零配件公司普遍采用的方法有:采用精密加工技术将泵体滑动件的尺寸、形位精度、表面粗糙度提高到设备与切削工具可能达到的水平。例如采用数控与主动测量相结合的技术,提高大批量生产过程中零组件尺寸精度控制的稳定性与一致性;采用先进的工艺方法,如,采取珩磨工艺提高泵体上下轴承孔、活塞孔的圆度、直线度与光洁度;采用滚抛工艺来去除阀、阀片挡板、滑片在机械加工过程中残留的毛刺和锐边,并将零件表面光洁度提高到其他机械加工无法达到的高水平;采用超精加工工艺来降低活塞外表面与滑片间的摩擦系数并提高其抗摩耗性。

  采用先进的表面处理技术如对曲轴在精磨后作磷酸锰盐处理,并浸渍二硫化钼(固体润滑剂)以降低其与轴承的摩擦系数,使二者能更好的磨合,保证压缩机长期工作的可靠性;采用润滑性能优良、化学与热稳定又非常好的冷冻机油,并在泵体(机芯)结构中配之以良好输油系统,使泵体滑动件间既能获得极佳的润滑以降低摩耗又能在各间隙部位形成坚固的油膜保证密封。泄漏不仅降低输气量,影响压缩机的容积效率,而且当壳内高压气体向压缩侧泄漏,还会增加压缩功,降低机械效率。双转子旋转式压缩机由于泄漏面增多,泄漏对机械效率和容积效率的影响就变得相当突出,为减少泄漏对机械效率的影响。
