The MD series of multi-stage electric pumps are designed for the efficient transfer of neutral liquids from mining wells or similar applications. The liquid should have a particle size less than 0.5mm and a density below 1.5%. The operating temperature range is between -20°C and 80°C.
Wet parts are made of wear-resistant cast iron, ductile iron, or can be customized based on specific requirements.
Nomenclature:
MD280-43x7
MD stands for Wear-Resistant Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump.
280 indicates the flow rate at the design point is 280 m³/h or 4668 L/min.
43 represents the head per stage at the design point, which is 43 meters.
7 means the pump has 7 stages, corresponding to 7 impellers.

Our Service:
As a professional manufacturer of multi-stage centrifugal pumps, we offer a wide range of pump types tailored to different applications. Our product line includes D, DF, DY, MD, DG series for traditional multi-stage pumps, and D(P), DF(P), DY(P), MD(P), DG(P) series for self-balancing multi-stage pumps.
D/D(P) pumps are ideal for clean water or similar liquids with temperatures below 80°C, suitable for mining, mills, and municipal water supply and drainage systems.
DF/DF(P) pumps are designed for corrosive liquids with a temperature range from -20°C to 105°C, and no solid particles. We customize based on fluid gravity, density, temperature, and suction pressure.
DY/DY(P) pumps are used for non-solid oily liquids and petroleum products with a temperature range of -20°C to 105°C and viscosity under 120cst.
MD/MD(P) pumps are suitable for neutral liquids from mining wells or similar fluids, with particle size less than 0.5mm and density below 1.5%. Operating temperature ranges from -20°C to 80°C.
DG/DG(P) pumps are used for low to medium pressure hot water transmission, commonly known as boiler feed pumps. Temperature range is -20°C to 150°C.
Maximum suction pressure for all models is 0.6MPa.
We also provide installation training for our distributors.
