Product Description
The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane oil-sealed vacuum pump, widely used in low and medium vacuum applications. It can be used independently or as a forepump for other vacuum pumps such as mechanical booster pumps or turbo molecular pumps.
These pumps are designed to handle air and dry gases, not corrosive, toxic, flammable, or explosive gases. They are also unsuitable for gases with fine particles or dust. The operating environment should be well-ventilated, with ambient temperatures between 5°C and 30°C and humidity below 80%.
Additional applications include:
- Combining with Roots pumps to enhance pumping capacity and vacuum level.
- Installing a condenser and gas ballast valve when handling moist or condensable gases.
- Using dust filters for dusty environments.
- Applying corrosion-resistant filters for corrosive gases.
