1. Product Application

2. Product Description

(1) Working Principle
The machine produces ice ranging from 300kg/day to 30T/day. The evaporator is a special vertical cylinder with an inner layer made of stainless steel or steel. Refrigerant evaporates in the interlayer, while water sprays on the inner wall and freezes quickly into ice. A stainless steel blade continuously rotates to scrape the ice, and excess water flows back into the tank for reuse.

(2) Ice Features
Irregular flake ice with thickness between 1.5mm and 2.5mm. Thin ice can be directly used for mixing and cooling food. It does not damage the surface of cooled items due to its lack of sharp edges. It provides fast cooling through large contact areas and is highly flexible as it can be very small.

(3) Equipment Features
Inner spiral shaping cutter reduces energy consumption and prevents refrigerant leakage. Carbon steel is heat-treated after plating with hard noble metal, using high-quality SUS304 or 316 stainless steel for optimal heat transfer. PLC control ensures fewer faults and easy maintenance. The entire system uses top international brand components for superior quality.

30% deposit via T/T, 70% balance upon completion. Small payments can be made via PayPal, Escrow, or Western Union. Please confirm all details before payment.
