1. Product Application

2. Product Description

(1) Principle
The machine produces 300kg to 30T of flake ice per day. The evaporator is a vertical cylinder with an inner stainless steel layer. Refrigerant evaporates in the interlayer, while water sprays on the inner walls and freezes quickly. A stainless blade continuously scrapes the ice, and excess water returns to the tank for reuse.

(2) Ice Features
Irregular flake ice thickness: 1.5mm to 2.5mm. Thin flakes can be directly used for mixing and cooling food. No sharp edges prevent damage to the items being cooled. High surface area ensures fast cooling, and the flexible ice can be broken into smaller pieces easily.

(3) Equipment Features
Inner spiral shaping cutter reduces energy consumption and prevents refrigerant leakage. Carbon steel treated with hard nobelium plating, using high-quality SUS304 or 316 stainless steel for optimal heat transfer. PLC control system ensures low faults and easy maintenance. (1) How to place an order?
Once the product finish and price are confirmed, we will send a proforma invoice. After receiving your deposit, we start production. If you have a shipping forwarder, we will use it; otherwise, you need to arrange one upon arrival at the destination port.

(2) Payment Terms?
30% deposit via T/T, 70% balance when goods are ready. Small payments can be made via PayPal, Escrow, or Western Union. Confirm all details before payment.
