The first batch of 8-ton and 12-ton truck cranes, manufactured by Pu'er Special Vehicles Co., Ltd., was recently shipped out from the factory gates and began their journey on the roads outside. This marked a significant milestone in the company's production plan. As part of an internal restructuring within China United, starting from June, the production of small-tonnage cranes has been transferred to the Puxi Group’s special vehicle division.
The 8-ton, 12-ton, and 16-ton crane models have long been flagship products of Pu'er, known for their high quality and reliability. These models have earned multiple national awards and even set a notable record of “one-three yuan†in the industry. To ensure the success of the trial production and the revival of this classic brand, the special vehicle company has implemented a series of effective measures. This includes ensuring timely delivery of technical documentation, developing clear production routes, and coordinating with various departments. Additionally, the company has made careful arrangements regarding space, personnel, equipment, and financial resources to prepare for smooth operations.
Since early June, the assembly workshop has been operating at full capacity, with workers working overtime to maintain both speed and precision. Every detail was carefully managed, ensuring that production deadlines were met without compromising product quality. The successful transition of the 8-ton and 12-ton truck cranes into mass production has exceeded expectations. Both the appearance and performance of these units meet all design specifications, making them well-suited for market demand.
This successful shift in production has allowed Pu'er’s branch to focus more on the development and manufacturing of large-tonnage cranes. It also provides a solid foundation for Zhonglian to strengthen its position in the large-tonnage truck crane market. With this strategic move, the company is now better positioned to meet growing industry demands and expand its market share.
