[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] Recently, the “Big Caliber Laser Interferometer Product Innovation and Industrial Design and Development†project undertaken by Shanghai Hengyi Optical Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the acceptance of the Shanghai Culture and Creative Industry Office of the Economic and Credit Commission of Shanghai.
The project was applied by Hengyi Company as the main unit and jointly developed with two units of design and advanced processing technology from China Industrial Design Research Institute and Shanghai Modern Advanced Super Precision Manufacturing Center Co., Ltd.
In the implementation process of the project, the three units took advantage of each other's strengths and combined their respective advantages to carry out cross-border, cross-sector and cross-industry exploration of innovative cooperation models. Through the implementation of this project, the overall performance and industrialization level of Hengyi's large-caliber laser plane interferometer products have been greatly improved. Product Logo and Appearance Industrial design makes the market orientation of products more clear, and the market competitiveness of products further improves.
Under the impetus of related projects, Hengyi started the development of the Φ600mm large-caliber laser plane interferometer in 2009. For the first time, it adopted the 1×6 beam expansion technology program in China. The development of the large-diameter beam expander and the full-spectrum cavity repair A series of technical achievements and technological innovations have been made in the areas of precision mirror support and lifting and environmental airflow control. At present, the company has cumulatively contracted and sold 5 sets of interferometers over 600mm aperture.
