Product Description

1. Working Principle

Our flake ice machine produces between 300kg/day and 30T/day. The evaporator is a special vertical cylinder with an interlayer made of stainless steel or steel. Refrigerant evaporates in the interlayer while water is sprayed on the inner wall and rapidly frozen into ice. A stainless steel blade continuously rotates and scrapes the ice, while excess water flows back through a baffle into the water tank for reuse.

2. Ice Characteristics

- Irregular flake ice thickness: 1.5mm to 2.5mm - Thin ice can be directly used for mixing and cooling food - No sharp edges, so it won't damage cooled items - High cooling efficiency due to large contact area - Flexible use as the ice can be broken into smaller pieces
