6. Use and Maintenance
1). Ensure the pump operates at the standard rotational speed during use; avoid increasing the speed arbitrarily to prevent potential safety hazards and extend the pump's lifespan.

2). For direct-coupled pump units, ensure the chassis remains stable to prevent damage to the coupling. For belt-driven pump units, align the pulleys properly and adjust the belt tension appropriately. If the pump does not turn, it may be due to rusted impeller rings; you can gently tap the coupling axially with a mallet. The pump mounting height should be less than 1-2 meters to maintain proper suction from the water tank.

3). Stop the engine immediately if you detect any abnormalities such as unusual noise, vibration, or a drop in hydraulic discharge. Monitor the bearing temperature, which should not exceed 75°C. If the pump is not used for an extended period, drain the water, perform maintenance, and store it in a dry and ventilated area. In winter, drain the water immediately after use to prevent frost damage. After every 1000 hours of operation, disassemble and clean the bearings and replace any wear parts.
