Meanwhile, imported ultra-precision grinders from the US, Germany, and Japan still rely on roller and rolling bar mechanisms. These machines are not only expensive but also deliver unsatisfactory results, often leaving workpieces with end-face indentations and scratches. Consequently, many of these imported machines remain idle. The Multi-pole Electromagnetic Chucks Ultra-Precision Grinding Machine, which has now passed the evaluation, is part of the Ministry of Science and Technology's Torch Program and the National Development and Reform Commission's industrial demonstration project. After several years of effort, it has completed prototype development and small-scale production. Performance tests and practical production trials have been conducted, and all technical indicators meet the design requirements. This machine has completely solved the common technical issues of traditional roller and rolling bar ultra-precision grinders. It offers significant advantages in improving quality, reducing consumption, and increasing production efficiency. Moreover, its price is only one-tenth of imported models, making it a cost-effective and high-performance solution for Chinese manufacturers.
