China's first 2200 horsepower light high pressure mud pump was successfully developed

Recently, China's first 2200 hp light-duty high-pressure mud pump with completely independent intellectual property rights successfully completed 100-hour reliability test and various functional tests at China Petroleum Baoji Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. to meet design requirements. This marked the successful development of a 2200 horsepower light high pressure mud pump.

The 2200 horsepower light high-pressure mud pump is the third light-pressure high-pressure mud pump developed by Gem Machinery after the 800-horsepower and 1600-horsepower light-duty high-pressure mud pumps. It is also the company's only light-duty high-pressure mud pump. The 2200 HP light-duty high-pressure mud pump increases the operating pressure level of the F1 series light mud pump from 35 MPa to 52 MPa, which can meet the requirements of drilling operations such as deep wells and large horizontal wells.

In order to meet the light and reliable requirements of drilling operations for equipment, Gem Machinery Corporation has set up a project team led by the company's mud pump R&D technical experts. During the design process, simulation three-dimensional design is used to improve products without reducing product performance. The portability and adaptability.

The 2200 horsepower light high-pressure mud pump has the same performance as a conventional 2200 horsepower high-pressure mud pump, but the overall weight loss rate is 25.5%. The 2200 horsepower light high-pressure mud pump has greater innovation in structural design, smaller size, lighter weight, and higher reliability, and is particularly suitable for applications where the offshore drilling platform, desert drilling rig, and polar drilling rig require high equipment weight. At the same time, its unique new liquid cylinder structure has good inhalation capability, strong pressure bearing capacity, and convenient disassembly valve assembly. It is the first of its kind at home and abroad and has obtained national patent authorization.
