Digital drilling equipment for ultra-deep wells is currently one of the most sophisticated and large-scale systems used globally for oil exploration and development. It represents the cutting edge of digital technology in the oil drilling industry. In recent years, Nanyang No. 2 Machine Co., Ltd. has focused on scientific and technological innovation, following the principle of "property rights for innovation, industrialization of intellectual property, and market competitiveness." The company files nearly 20 patents annually and has accumulated over 80 national patents so far.
The company has developed three major series of petroleum drilling rigs, including portable rigs ranging from 1,000m to 4,000m, drag/hang rigs from 1,000m to 4,000m, and skid-mounted rigs from 1,000m to 5,000m.
